Caribbean Fish Therapy

The special doctor fish called Garra Rufa remove all dead skin and impurities from the superficial cutaneous layer executing an extraordinary peeling technique, natural and very pleasant. The fish do not possess teeth, they liberate obstructed pores by sucking impurities from the skin and stimulate microcirculation. Also exfoliating dead skin and emit a special enzyme the Dithranol which permits the regeneration of healthy skin.

NOTE: Available only at the Port of Roatan and Mahogany Bay Cruise Center. Participants must be a cruise line passengers visiting for the day. The Caribbean Fish Therapy will take place when returning to port from your day’s excursion. Thus, you will be returned to port early enough to complete this activity and return to the cruise ship for departure.
