ATV adventures start at age 5 (check the activity’s booking page for its age bands). Closed-toe shoes are a good idea, along with light clothes you don’t mind getting dusty or muddy.
No. ATVs are prohibited during pregnancy, without exception. Please tell us at booking and we’ll steer you to an excursion that suits you.
Yes. Every itinerary is planned to have you back at the port no later than one hour before your ship’s scheduled departure, and our dispatch watches traffic and port conditions all day. It’s backed by our written Back to Ship Guarantee — in 13 years and more than 24,000 guests it has never been invoked.
72 hours or more before your excursion: 100% refund, minus the 4% transaction fee. 48 to 72 hours: 50% refund, minus the 4% fee. Under 48 hours or no-show: no refund. Cancellations must be sent in writing to accounting@discoverroatan.net.
