How is this different from booking through the cruise line?
The cruise line will tell you that only its own excursions guarantee your return. That is marketing, not fact. We put ours in writing — a signed certificate you can download and carry with you. If our negligence ever causes you to miss your ship, we get you to it: flights, hotel, meals and ground transport to the next port of call, plus a full refund of your excursion. How do you know my ship’s all-aboard time?
We publish and maintain the arrival and departure schedules for both Roatán cruise ports — Port of Roatán and Isla Tropicale. Your booking is matched to your ship and your date, so your pickup and return are planned around your vessel’s actual times, not a generic island schedule.
What if we get stuck in traffic?
That is exactly why the buffer exists. Every itinerary is built to have you back at the port no later than one hour before your ship’s scheduled departure, and our dispatch watches road and port conditions all day. If a route is slow, we reroute or start back early rather than cut it fine.
What happens if my ship’s departure time changes while I’m on tour?
Cruise lines occasionally adjust departure times. We track your ship’s published times for the day, and our dispatch follows the day as it unfolds — if we learn of a change, we adjust your return and contact you directly. We also ask every guest to confirm their own all-aboard time with the ship when they leave it. It is the one number your whole day is built around.
What if my tour is delayed by weather?
Roatán gets short tropical showers, and they rarely affect timing. If conditions are ever genuinely unsafe, we may cancel an excursion — a full refund applies under our booking policy. Where weather does affect a day, our first priority is getting you back to the pier with time to spare, and keeping you informed the whole way.
