Church and ministry groups
A church cruise group that wants to stay together ashore, or a mission team taking a day of rest before flying home. Share your schedule, including any fellowship time or service commitments, and we plan transport around it.
School and student trips
Trip leaders get one quote, one invoice and a headcount we confirm with you before the day. Reef snorkeling, the animal parks and an island culture stop make a strong day for students, and your driver waits for the group between stops.
Weddings and vow renewals
Most wedding requests we receive come from cruise passengers with 6 to 20 guests and a few hours in port. We line up the beach setting, transport for every guest and timing that fits the ship's schedule.
Company and incentive groups
Reward trips, conference add-ons and team days. We can put the whole team on one beach, or split people by interest and bring everyone back together for lunch.

Forty people is a different job from four
A large group falls apart at the port exit, not at the beach. Ten people wander off to the shops, two buses leave half full, and nobody knows who is on which one. We avoid that by assigning every guest to a bus before you dock, matching the bus sizes to your real headcount and loading in a set order.
On busy cruise days Roatán can have several ships in at once. Because we track your actual ship and the traffic between the ports and the west end, we leave more room in the schedule on those days, not less.
