The botanical gardens and many jungle trails found here are perfect for hiking, wildlife, and scenic photography. Orchids, medicine plants, and exotic spices are just a few things you will get to see and learn about. The Honduran Mahogany Tree and the well known Chocolate Tree can be found here as well.
For the more adventurous, take a small hike to the summit of Carambola Mountain. There you will have the opportunity to experience incredible panoramic views of the second largest reef in the world. But before you get there, your journey will lead you through the tropical rainforest and a sheer cliff known as the “Iguana Wall”, where it has historically protected the iguana species and provided breeding grounds for parrots.
BONUS: You will have the opportunity to visit the West End Village for some shopping and lunch after the gardens and trails tour. This stop will be provided at no extra cost when booking this tour.
